Senior Analyst, Health Data Products

Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office is seeking a skilled Data Products Senior Analyst to join its team in Brampton, ON. As a key member of the Health Data Products team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative data products that enhance patient experiences across the Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart enterprise.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting, synthesizing, and analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights and drive business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reports, dashboards, and next best action models that track KPIs, communicate results, and improve reporting processes.

  • Work collaboratively with data experts to extract, synthesize, and analyze large amounts of data to deliver actionable insights and drive business performance.
  • Conduct quality assurance and data checks to ensure reliability, credibility, and viability of conclusions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Build next best action models and data products for healthcare, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Management Analytics, or equivalent experience in retail, CPG, or consulting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating easy-to-use templates and preparing executive-ready content.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, is an asset.
  • Ability to process and analyze large datasets using SQL, with experience in Google BigQuery and/or Teradata.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, developing new algorithms, and bringing data products from concept to production.
