Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and expansion in our region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Partner with finance to design and refine comprehensive sales strategies and present to senior leadership for alignment and approval.

  • Proactively build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to uncover and create new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to optimize strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with influence to demonstrate value of product.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Analyze feedback to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction and drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Remain informed and research market trends in customer behavior (both B2B and B2C), and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track, manage, and develop a sales pipeline to forecast revenue and ensure accurate projections.
  • Adapt strategies based on market conditions, customer feedback, and internal dynamics.
  • Promote, maintain, and ensure adherence to ethical practices within the sales team to uphold company core values and reputation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in managing sales-generating accounts.
  • Proven experience in outside/inside sales, leading departmental goals and KPIs, with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to make data-driven decisions with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
