- Define clear goals, targets, and responsibilities for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and holding the team accountable.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to uncover and create new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to optimize strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with influence to demonstrate value of product.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to meet their objectives.
- Analyze feedback to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction and drive improvements in service delivery.
- Remain informed and research market trends in customer behavior (both B2B and B2C), and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Track, manage, and develop a sales pipeline to forecast revenue and ensure accurate projections.
- Adapt strategies based on market conditions, customer feedback, and internal dynamics.
- Promote, maintain, and ensure adherence to ethical practices within the sales team to uphold company core values and reputation.
- 10+ years of experience in managing sales-generating accounts.
- Proven experience in outside/inside sales, leading departmental goals and KPIs, with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to make data-driven decisions with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
