Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with experience in planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for sales departments
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and management
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
