National Sales Director

Aarti Impex Inc is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, as well as working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for sales operations
  • Work with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management
  • Strong background in sales operations and management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
