As a Strategic Business Advisor with Richter's U.S. Advisory team, you will play a key role in helping business owners and entrepreneurs navigate complex cross-border transactions.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team of over 600 professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our clients. As a Strategic Business Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in buy and sell-side cross-border transactions as part of a senior management team;
- Providing tax planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients;
- Researching and interpreting U.S. tax legislation and international tax treaties;
- Reviewing and preparing U.S. corporate, partnership, trust, and individual federal and state tax returns;
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide training sessions and mentor junior team members.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience in tax advisory or compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Additionally, they should possess intellectual curiosity, creativity, flexibility, and a strong sense of client service and professionalism.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
