About the Role

Amaco Construction Equipment Inc. is a leading distributor of heavy equipment serving the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Aggregate Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth in our Eastern Ontario territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a geographical sales territory to increase aggregate equipment sales and rentals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers within the territory.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring timely processing of paperwork and facilitating deal completion.
  • Meet or exceed company minimum sales and profit goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of industry-related experience.
  • Ability to travel routinely, including overnights when needed.
  • Valid passport and authorization to work in Canada.
  • Proven track record of success in an outside sales role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling sales calls.
