About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aggregate Sales Manager to join our team at Amaco Construction Equipment Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a geographical sales territory and identifying opportunities to grow our aggregate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects within your territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase aggregate equipment sales and rentals
  • Process and manage customer orders, demos, and other required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and profit goals
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
  • Ability to travel routinely, including overnight stays when necessary
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Proven track record of success in an outside sales role
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales documentation
