Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Customerization. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in Canada and the US, handling the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to closing, and processing, qualifying, and closing marketing-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities in Canada and the US
  • Handle full sales lifecycle from initial contact to closing
  • Process, qualify, and close marketing-generated leads
  • Independently generate qualified sales pipeline
  • Update CRM daily on all interactions with prospects
  • Work closely with the company management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B business software sales
  • Highest level of proficiency in English communications
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of Zoho software and IT consulting value
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and the ability to manage opportunities effectively
  • High energy, hunter sales attitude
  • Quick and dynamic learner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in follow-ups
