Job Title: Head of West Coast Enterprise Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Head of West Coast Enterprise Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition in the West, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Pigment's customer acquisition in the West, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Product and RevOps).
  • Partner with global sales leadership to identify, develop, and implement an effective sales strategy in the West.
  • Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in the West to meet and exceed goals.
  • Measure and manage the pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust with direct reports and the entire sales department.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in Sales Management (SaaS experience required).
  • Experience opening, developing, and leading a new market in the US.
  • Passion for our overall mission at Pigment and how it can bring value to our clients.
