We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Asteco Immigration Consulting Limited. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution, to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to colleagues and clients as needed.
- Ordering and Supplies: Order office supplies and materials as required, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of staff and clients.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
