Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Asteco Immigration Consulting Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, answer phone calls, and relay messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, order office supplies, schedule appointments, and process payments.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
