Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Asteco Immigration Consulting Limited. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information to clients and the public, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Communication: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide clear and concise information to clients and visitors.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
