We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining calendars.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for company representatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
