About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Danier. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations team members to support daily tasks and activities.
  • Assist with office operations and property management as needed.
  • Procure and install hardware and software to support our retail stores.
  • Track inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for our retail stores.
  • Be available for on-call support 24/7.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds and hold a valid driver's license for occasional travel.
