Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on computer systems and software
  • Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with computer programming, network administration, and system administration
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows and computer systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
