CIT Corp is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, resolving issues with computer systems, and ensuring that our business systems, network, and Internet are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues with computer systems
  • Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users on computer systems and software
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience in computer programming, computer science, or network and system administration is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
