- Consult technical documentation and resources to research and implement solutions

- Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with computer programming, network administration, and system administration
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows and computer systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- 35 hours per week
