About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate at Baselane, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and helpful assistance with their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide prompt and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure seamless support and continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer support and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and company policies to provide informed and confident support to our customers.
  • Follow-up: Regularly check in with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with some college coursework or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in business software, such as Google Suite and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude, ability to empathize with customers, and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
