Job Description:

As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in assessing patient conditions, preparing them for procedures, and educating patients about their conditions. You will work collaboratively with doctors to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans
  • Prepare patients for dialysis procedures and provide post-procedure care
  • Collaborate with doctors to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Educate patients about their conditions and provide support throughout the treatment process

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the United States
  • Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN)
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
