About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Administrator to join our team at Bolton Auto Collision. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities will also include co-ordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, has excellent oral and written communication skills, is highly organized, and can multitask effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred
