About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Co-ordinator to join our team at Civicon Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
What We Offer
  • A competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
