Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Management: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervising 1 to 2 people.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
30 hours per week, permanent position, working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
