Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • College diploma or equivalent in business administration or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and electronic scheduling systems would be an asset;
  • Criminal record check required;
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
