Beaver Transportation Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of administrative excellence. As the primary point of contact for administrative matters, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and implementing new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency
- Delegating tasks effectively to support staff to meet deadlines and goals
- Coordinating office services, including accommodations, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls
- Developing reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with senior management to provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
