Administrative Operations Manager

Rafat General Contracting seeks an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our organization, overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job OverviewThe Administrative Operations Manager will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. This individual will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, manage inventory and budgetary controls, and prepare periodic reports.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to established protocols
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Manage inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic reports
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position
- An education level of College/CEGEP
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management software and accounting software
