Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, seeks an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the President, serving as a trusted partner in delivering against business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar and correspondence
  • Coordinate with organization President co-chairs
  • Maintain records and documents
  • Oversee the P&L approval process
  • Schedule interviews with the President
  • Manage the President's contact database
  • Work with Finance to schedule annual bank meetings
  • Coordinate with Wildcats to maintain schedules
  • Manage PTO requests from direct reports
  • Order and stock stationery supplies
  • Liaise with Avenir Centre regarding tickets and events

Requirements:

  • Exemplary time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think and work proactively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Outlook Calendar
