Gillfor Distribution is a leading distributor of building supplies across Canada, with 13 locations from coast to coast. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving results for our Langley, British Columbia location.

The successful candidate will be accountable for creating and maintaining business relationships with key customer accounts. This involves managing all aspects of the business, including product sales and promotion, accounts receivable, shipping and delivery, and conflict resolution. A good Account Manager is an effective communicator, able to work within a team-based culture, has strong business acumen, and can drive profitable business results.

Key responsibilities include identifying decision makers within targeted leads, collaborating with the Division Manager to determine strategic sales approaches, and making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers to cross-sell and up-sell. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills, as well as prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. Additional benefits include a Group Benefit Plan and RRSP Contribution after three months' employment, opportunities for advancement within the company, and a collaborative work environment.
