Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between 3M and our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, or six years of experience in a customer-facing role with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in SAP system or similar software, and experience with cross-functional project leadership.
