About the Role
The Brink's National Client Services department is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and crew members.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer requests and concerns.
- Work within established frameworks and processes to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Deliver specific reports and support ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- A positive attitude and a desire to improve processes.
- 2+ years' experience in a Call Centre, Customer Facing role, or Help desk environment.
- Calm demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
- Technical savvy and ability to walk customers through solutions.
- Effective communication skills.
