About the Role

The Brink's National Client Services department is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and crew members.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer requests and concerns.
  • Work within established frameworks and processes to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Deliver specific reports and support ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to improve processes.
  • 2+ years' experience in a Call Centre, Customer Facing role, or Help desk environment.
  • Calm demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
  • Technical savvy and ability to walk customers through solutions.
  • Effective communication skills.
