Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Atlantic Packaging. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and production teams, tracking and communicating order status in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management.
- Coordinate shipping, invoicing, customs, scheduling, quality complaints, and order tracking to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide backup support for the Production Assistant/Receptionist and Material Coordinator as needed.
- Assist with quoting and work closely with sales representatives, production staff, and management on special projects requiring sales/service expertise.
- Work safely, reporting hazards and unsafe conditions, and take all reasonable measures to protect yourself and your colleagues.
- Use and wear personal protective equipment as required by the company.
- Work in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Industrial Regulations, as well as the company's safe practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of Amtech is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player committed to maintaining desired service levels.
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
