Position Summary:

The Customer Excellence Specialist at Mintz Global Screening is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients. This role requires a liaison between clients, external applicants, and other teams to ensure the smooth handling of concerns or issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to clients via phone or through our systems.
  • Monitor client services and respond effectively to their inquiries.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Validate all information submitted by the customer.
  • Conduct regular monitoring based on customer needs and respond to their questions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all required documents are attached to the customer's request/applicants file as needed.
  • Liaise with sales and production teams to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction.
  • Handle account access issues and provide training/demos if required.
  • Evaluate and prioritize issues according to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide sales support as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service position.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent typing ability.
