Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Dina Constantinou Insurance Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Client Support: Assist clients by applying changes, updates, substitutions, etc. to the policy contract, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance as needed.
- Insurance Expertise: Educate clients about insurance options and ensure they have access to other team members for discussions about additional offerings.
- Technical Support: Rely on technical resources and corporate support to ensure client questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Insurance Licenses: Hold appropriate insurance licenses, such as OTL and LLQP.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Be a resourceful and responsible team member, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Customer Service Experience: Have prior customer service experience, with a second language being a plus.
