Job OverviewIn this Branch Office Administrator role, you'll work closely with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a critical member of the branch team, you'll provide exceptional personalized service, actively listen to clients' needs, and drive marketing activities to grow business.
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure clients feel valued and informed.
- Take an active role in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year.
- Identify opportunities to create efficiency and streamline processes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to the home office.

You can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $47,256 to $56,707 per year, depending on location and experience. Full-time associates also receive benefits, including a compensation package with bonus potential, profit sharing, a 401(k) or Group RRSP, and comprehensive health benefits.
About the LocationThis role is based in Victoria, BC, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our teams are small, typically two or three people, which allows for close collaboration and a strong sense of camaraderie.

French speaking is a plus but not required.
