Job Title: Ecommerce Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Director to join our team at Danbel Global Services Inc. This role will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving revenue growth in the ecommerce space.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce sales, with experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.
  • They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
  • This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the ecommerce space.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  4. Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in ecommerce sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
