About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Director - Subscription Strategy. This is a high-growth opportunity to lead and develop a team of Account Executives, drive sales strategy, and propel our program forward.

The Challenge
  • Sales Manager needed to lead high-performing team in scaling our sales organization in a fast-paced environment

This role will involve defining long-term sales strategy for the team, formulating best practices, and building repeatable processes to achieve and exceed quota targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to hit quota and grow the business
  • Create scalable processes to ensure team success in a high-growth environment
  • Use data to inform decisions and provide insights to management and your team
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, iteration, collaboration, and attention to detail within your team
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top sales talent
About You
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with a history of success in consultative sales environments
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing teams, hiring, developing, and retaining top performers
  • Relevant stage fit experience from Series A/B+ environments and ARR expertise at software companies over $50M
  • Proven ability to follow a defined sales process and manage both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Deep understanding of prospecting, sales process, and best practices to improve team velocity and rate of success
  • Ability to onboard, train, and coach Account Executives effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams from Customer Success, Implementations, Product, Sales Enablement, Channel Partnerships
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with adaptability and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
