We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our eCommerce managed services firm. As President and CEO, you will drive the execution of our strategy, focusing on expanding market penetration, enhancing competitive positioning, and driving partnering/channel development.

About Us

Our company is a highly specialized IT service provider in the eCommerce space, quickly becoming the go-to hosting partner for leading retailers and other online commerce organizations. We focus on supporting leading eCommerce platforms and offer augmentation services, including fully managed PCI compliance, application performance management, DoS mitigation, content delivery, and load-testing.

With data centers in Toronto ON and Southern United States, we continue to gain strong traction across North America, working with an increasing number of international enterprises. Our goal is to become the premier eCommerce managed services company in the world, leveraging our specialization, differentiation, and depth of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with the Board of Directors and senior management team to refine strategic and operating plans and priorities.
  2. Implement and execute the strategic direction, focusing on existing market plans, expanding market penetration, and enhancing competitive positioning.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely implementation and execution of business and financial plans.
  4. Architect the organization, ensuring it has the human resources, processes, and operational capabilities to scale and outperform.
  5. Provide ongoing direction, performance management, and developmental support to the executive team to build world-class capabilities.
  6. Remain abreast of industry trends to ensure all alliance, acquisition, and investment opportunities are pursued.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly intelligent, strategically minded executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity and at least five years in a CEO/President/COO role.
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry, ideally delivering IT solutions as a managed IT hosting service provider.
  • A driving management style that leverages the strengths of the existing team.

Estimated Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
