About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our global retail operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing the online storefront, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support ecommerce P&L, budget, forecasting and planning.
  2. Operationalize new business developments.
  3. Manage external operations partner and agency relationship.
  4. Oversight of partner operations (customer service, logistics)
  5. Contribute to Monthly, Quarterly reporting and Stakeholder management meetings.
  6. Prioritize customer experience.
  7. Responsible for seamless retail ecommerce experience with ownership of front-end user experience, SEO and oversight of back-end developers.
  8. Health across all phases of the Retail customer on-site journey
  9. Create, manage, and maintain Retail digital product roadmaps.
  10. Implement A/B tests.
  11. Work with operations partner and data analytics team to track results and manage retail ecommerce KPI & measurement framework.
  12. Utilize website analytics to develop customer insights, optimize customer experience, and improve conversion rates, revenue per visit, and customer retention. Optimize web merchandising to increase AOV, cross-sell, and up-sell.

Requirements:

  1. College or University degree, preferably a bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, or a related field. MBA an asset.
  2. Minimum 5 years of ecommerce experience
  3. Strong understanding of commerce business management
  4. Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting and reporting
  5. Strong understanding of front-end, back-end, and middleware software development on web, mobile app, and other platforms
  6. Strong understanding of User experience and Digital Product Design
  7. Progressive advancement and high performance
  8. Proven ability to manage overarching ecommerce business.
  9. Proven track record in ecommerce, user experience and web analytics
  10. Experience working closely with IT, developers, designers and analytics.
  11. Experience and successful track record managing technical, business, and marketing stakeholders across large organizations and leading change management.
  12. Knowledge of marketing practices
