About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our cash registers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Cash Handling: Operate our electronic cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store, including the counter area, floors, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean store, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment
