About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their needs and concerns, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a restaurant or retail setting, is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
