Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order.
    • Portion and wrap foods for customers.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Take customers' orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
    • Experience
      • Will train on the job.
    • Physical Demands
      • Standing for extended periods.
      • Repetitive tasks.
    • Personal Suitability
      • Team player.
    Work Environment

As a Food Service Attendant at Booster Juice, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
