Operations Leadership Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our growing team in achieving strategic objectives and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of directing call centre activities, establishing sales objectives, and developing strategies to achieve them. Experience in managing large teams and directing Managers of Managers is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective plans to direct call centre activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and goal achievement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish company-wide sales objectives and drive results-oriented strategies.
- Analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to ensure successful outcome.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance call centre personnel skills, promoting good performance and contributing to business success.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by designing and executing programs that foster business growth and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the insurance or finance industry.
- Proven track record of directing Managers of Managers and leading large teams.
- Strong program/project management and governance skills, with change management expertise.
- Ability to understand data, build business cases, and influence project outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to generate commitment from your team.
