Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join The Leadership Agency.
Job Description:
- Lead and direct a team of 15+ employees, guiding them to deliver exceptional administrative support.
- Hire, train, and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Manage client onboarding, eligibility, and funding processes efficiently.
- Oversee claims, disbursement, and reconciliation procedures to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support resource allocation for KPIs & SLAs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Improve processes for team efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Address escalations with effective solutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with leaders to develop client relations and create strategies for issue resolution.
- Set metrics and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee system upgrades and updates, staying up-to-date with the latest technology to boost productivity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing admin teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- Experience leading larger teams of 10+, with expertise in change management and analytics.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite, with proficiency in CRM and contact center telephony a plus.
- Healthcare, government, or insurance background a bonus, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
