Health and Benefits Leadership Expert

We are seeking an experienced Health and Benefits leader to join our team as a Director, responsible for leading large-scale client engagements in health and benefits program design and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategy and growing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Strategic Partner: Work closely with complex clients to design and manage their health and benefits programs, including benefit plan analysis, vendor procurement, and compliance strategies.
- Grow Revenue: Anticipate client needs, cross-sell new solutions, and serve as the Health and Benefits expert in new client pursuits.
- Oversee Project Delivery: Manage Consultants/Project Managers in designing and delivering project plans, finalizing deliverables, and presenting to clients.
- Contribute to Marketing: Promote Willis Towers Watson through speaking at conferences, writing articles, and other marketing activities.
- Develop New Solutions: Spearhead the creation of innovative Health and Benefits tools and approaches in collaboration with executive leadership, vendors, and clients.
The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience, a strong understanding of health and benefits programs, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
