Administrative Support

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at A1 Promotional Products. This role will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our team and clients

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
