Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, supervising staff, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and ensure seamless communication between team members
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of work quality
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary certificate or diploma from a recognized institution
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary:
