$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Strategist to join our team in Halifax, NS. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and counsel to senior leaders on executive compensation matters. Your expertise will help shape the strategic direction of our compensation programs, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced analytical and project support in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation policies and programs.
• Lead change management programs, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment of initiatives.
• Develop and implement multi-year strategies for executive compensation that improve employee productivity, engagement, and advocacy.
• Break down complex problems, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in executive compensation or a related field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
