Job Description

The Compensation and Planning Manager will play a critical role in compensation planning to support Sales and CS comp plan design. Key responsibilities include leading evaluation and implementation of compensation solutions, providing expertise on critical compensation programs and processes, and developing compensation training and education programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the technology or SaaS industry, with prior experience in evaluating and implementing communications solutions. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience working in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Prior experience in evaluation and implementation of communications solutions such as CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Everstage
  • Proven time management skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization and planning
  • People-management experience and ability to encourage engagement of all team members to work toward common goals
Estimated Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience
