  • Offer training and guidance to users to address identified difficulties.
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the design and development of applications and software.
  • Supervise a team of technical support workers.
  • Offer business systems, network, and internet support to users.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week of work.
