We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best Idea Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and compiling data and statistics.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel and related itineraries, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

They will also be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, and will work a permanent schedule with 30-40 hours per week.

The work language is English, and the ideal candidate will have a strong command of the language.
