Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shion Canada Immigration Ltd. As an essential member of our support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity;
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders;
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and professionally;
- Manage electronic enquiries and respond accordingly;
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information for reporting purposes;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for easy access and retrieval;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail;
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will also be essential.
Preferred Qualifications:- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role;
- Permanent employment status;
- English language proficiency;
- Able to work 30-40 hours per week;
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
